New patients
A first visit is a conversation and a set of tests. You can come with questions, and no question is too small.
A dry eye evaluation takes about an hour and a quarter. A routine eye exam takes about 45 minutes.

Step 1: Book
Pick a time in our booking system or call us.

Step 3: Benefits
Our patient coordinator checks your benefits where she can and tells you what she finds.

Step 4: Your visit
You meet your doctor and an ophthalmic assistant, and you do the tests.

Step 5: Your plan
You leave with a plan in writing and, for an exam, a copy of your prescription.

Bring these with you
Your glasses and lenses
The pair you wear most, and your contact lenses with their boxes or packs.
Your medicines
A list of the medicines and drops you use, with the doses.
Your cards
Your insurance and vision plan cards, and a photo ID.
Your questions
Anything you want to ask. Write it down so it is not forgotten.
